This appealing property is a ground-floor apartment that impresses with its upscale interior design and is expected to be available for move-in towards the end of 2025 or by arrangement. The apartment is located in a quiet five-family house (all non-smokers and without pets) in Filderstadt-Bonlanden and can be accessed barrier-free via a lockable balcony door. There are 6 steps from the staircase to the apartment door.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. In 2018, the roof and the facade of the building were re-insulated and repainted, and the staircase was newly plastered. In 2023, the basement corridor as well as the laundry room were tiled, and in 2024 a wallbox was installed on the building. The apartment also comes with a small terrace, which is a wonderful retreat from everyday life.

Additionally, you have the option to charge your electric car directly from your parking space using the building’s wallbox. The electricity for this will be billed through the landlord.

• Staircase cleaning is €16.00 per month – you won’t have to worry about organizing a cleaning week.

• Currently, an estimated advance payment of approximately €65.00 for electricity and €50.00 for gas is calculated (information provided by the current tenants without guarantee), which you arrange directly with a supplier of your choice.

• The total warm rent is estimated at around €1,200.
