We are looking for two new roommates for a three-person flatshare at Barbarossaplatz 6, Karlsruhe. The rooms are unfurnished, so you can set them up entirely to your taste. The two rooms differ in size, which is why the base rent is €450 and €480, respectively, plus €75 in additional costs.

The apartment is in a top location right at Barbarossaplatz, right in the middle of Karlsruhe:

Shopping: Supermarkets, drugstores, and cafes are conveniently within walking distance.

Leisure: The Schlossgarten and the Günther-Klotz-Anlage are perfect for walks, sports, or just relaxing.

The built-in kitchen available was bought second-hand by the first tenant and installed. If you want to share its use, a one-time additional fee applies, which goes directly to that resident.
