For a long term rent, we offer a bright and spacious 2+1 apartment measuring 59 m², located on the ground floor of the historic U zlatého jablka residence. Since its complete renovation in February 2021, the apartment has been minimally used. It features new utility installations (electricity, sewage, water), a modern kitchen equipped with Whirlpool and Beko appliances (including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge incl. freezer, and washing machine), and a stylish bathroom fitted with high-quality fixtures from Hüppe, and Hansgrohe.
Heating is provided by a Viessmann gas boiler. Thanks to the thick stone walls, the apartment remains pleasantly cool in summer. The interior includes renovated oak parquet flooring and offers views of the greenery in front of the building and of the Petřín Lookout Tower.
The monthly rent is 23,500 CZK, plus 4,700 CZK in utilities (electricity, gas, water, etc.). A refundable deposit of 47,000 CZK is required.
The apartment is suitable for 1–2 persons, non-smokers. Communication in English or German is welcome. The apartment is available from April 2025.
It is located in the prestigious and charming Hradčany district, just a few steps from Prague Castle. In the surrounding area, you’ll find cozy cafés, restaurants, and Petřín Park, offering a peaceful setting for rest and relaxation.
Excellent transport accessibility is provided by the tram stops Pohořelec and Malostranské náměstí, as well as the Malostranská metro station (Line A).
