We offer for long-term rent a 2+kk apartment with a total area of 40 m², located on the 7th (top) floor of a panel building, especially suitable for a single person or a couple.
The apartment is laid out into a bedroom, a living room combined with a kitchenette, a hallway, and a separate bathroom and WC. In the corridor outside the apartment, there is also a lockable storage room available.
The apartment underwent a complete renovation in 2017, when all partitions were demolished and rebuilt, along with the electrical, water, and gas systems, plastering and tiling, sanitary installations, the kitchen, lighting, doors, and floors. It is available immediately, freshly painted and partially furnished – including a kitchen counter, a combined stove with an oven, a dining table, a washing machine, and a hallway partition.
