It is an old farmhouse from 1825 with several apartments. I am looking for tenants/neighbors who, like me, enjoy living in nature and value a good sense of community on the farm.

My goal is to preserve the farm as best as possible, to create an ecologically valuable environment, and to build a vibrant farm community.

– From spring to autumn there is always something to discover here. You can sit outside comfortably, explore nature, do some gardening, watch animals, swim in the waters of the Bevertalsperre (a 10‐minute walk away), and barbecue either alone or together.

– A car is necessary because there is no bus nearby.

– A shared vegetable garden can be used for growing your own produce by arrangement.

– For working from home, a fiber-optic internet plan of up to 1000 MBit can be obtained.

– Newly installed IKEA Method kitchen including dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, and refrigerator (rented together and included in the rent)

– Parking space right in front of the door (1 parking spot included in the rent) – possibility to rent a garage or additional parking spaces
