On Waldstraße you will also find the Protestant hospital, a senior home, the landscaped cemetery, and the high school. In just a 2-minute walk, you can reach Schulenberger Wald with its extensive walking paths in the Hattingen woodlands. In 5 minutes by bicycle you can reach the Leinpfad and the Ruhrauen. Likewise, a good 5-minute walk takes you to Hattingen’s city center, the bus station for the S-Bahn, and the tram stop with connections to Essen or Bochum main stations, or the bus links to the neighboring cities. Three houses down on Waldstraße there is also a bus stop. Within a 5-minute walk you can also reach nearby shops such as Kaufland, Rewe, bakeries, etc. In front of the building there are corresponding front garden areas, with the tree population of Waldstraße, across from the building are the cemetery’s trees, and behind the building a large park-like area extends until the development of Blumenweg begins.

This is a very spacious 3.5-room apartment in a top location close to both the forest and the city, with excellent parking areas. Upon request, the fitted kitchen shown in the photos as well as the floors depicted may be taken over from the previous tenant. However, this is not a requirement for renting.
