The house is completely newly furnished. The mattresses and their covers are new, and they are additionally protected with mattress covers.

The location is very central; many things can be reached on foot or in a very short time by train, bus, or car. In Praunheim there is a field where you can take short walks or enjoy the beautiful, expansive Nidda river for longer hikes or cycling tours.

For insurance assessments and trade fairs, the price is higher, as the rate is charged on a daily basis. Under normal circumstances, it is rented for periods of 3 months or more.
