We no longer require our office space at its current size due to home-office solutions and mobile working, and are looking to sublet, at the earliest possible opportunity, two of our four office rooms (one being a "Berliner Zimmer" of 28 sqm and one a balcony room of 32 sqm) as well as a spacious bathroom. The kitchen and corridors, as well as the IT room upon request, will be shared.

The Berliner Zimmer is now partially furnished, but the furniture can also be removed. Possibly, a smaller room for use as a meeting room can also be included.

We are looking for a lawyer with no more than three additional employees. Unfortunately, we cannot consider other interested parties.

The office has a central location—it is less than 5 minutes to the Blissestr. U-Bahn station, and the post office, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within walking distance, along with other everyday shops.

It features a classic Berliner layout with an entrance area containing three rooms facing the street, a Berliner Zimmer, and, accessible via a second corridor, a large bathroom and a small guest toilet. In addition, the office includes a technical room with air conditioning accessible from the second corridor and a large kitchen with built-in furniture that can be reached from the entrance.

There is also a historic elevator.

According to the landlord, the energy certificate is currently being prepared.
