In summer 2019, the staircase was renovated.

An annual operating cost statement is provided.
The gas and electricity costs are to be billed directly with the energy supplier (the apartment has its own meters). The prepayments for these are not included in the operating costs.
As part of the “Great Sweeping Week,” residents are responsible for cleaning/sweeping the staircase, basement corridors, and the basement entry area.
A caretaker service has been contracted for the remaining cleaning (on a biweekly basis) and for winter maintenance.
