For this reason, a current energy certificate is not yet available.

In addition, it features a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. The estimated advance payment for operating costs is calculated for two occupants.

The location is attractive and quiet in the city center, in close proximity to Alzeyer Schloss. The nearest bus stop is about a three-minute walk, and the train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about one minute. A permanent parking permit can be purchased based on our rental contract on the adjacent parking lot of the Alzeyer Stadthalle.

Non-smokers are preferred; pets are not allowed. The amount of the operating cost advance payment is determined by the number of occupants.

The minimum rental period is 4 years. Viewings can only be arranged by appointment if you are interested in a long-term tenancy. A prerequisite for renting is a permanent job with a corresponding regular income and an impeccable SCHUFA report.
