An apartment for rent
We are offering a partially equipped ground floor 3+1 apartment (93m2) as living quarters or an office use in a well maintained family quadruplex located on a quiet street in Prague 4 – Hodkovicky free for occupation from mid May 2025.
Asking rent is 25 000 Kc per month plus a monthly 7 500 Kc to cover cost of energies and water.
This is a bright apartment after a recent general reconstruction, partially equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, true working fireplace, electric range and a large cloth cabinet). Living room and one bedroom have hardwood floors, one bedroom has a wall to wall carpet and the spacious kitchen has a low maintenance vinyl floor. There is also a free parking available along the adjacent street.
Access to public transportation (stop Cerny kun) is a 5 minute walk away with streetcar lines #17, 3, 21 and 92 toward the city center, bus line #190 toward railway station Smichov and bus lines #106 and 121 to Prague subway line C.
The location is very close to a bicycle trail along the Vltava river and jogging trails through Hodkovicky forest.
The apartment is meant for a long term use, for nonsmokers and preferably without pets.
Due to a great interest, please submit with your application as much information about yourself, i.e. how many people would occupy the premises, for what purpose, occupation of the renter, nationality, interests etc.
We require references from previous landlords and a two month rent returnable security deposit subject to covering eventual damages.
