Waldems-Bermbach is about a 5-minute drive from the Idstein motorway connector to the A3. Via the A3, you can reach Limburg in 25 minutes and Frankfurt in 35 minutes. Wiesbaden is approximately 30 minutes away. Bermbach has its own kindergarten. The primary school is a 3-minute walk in Heftrich. Secondary schools are available in Idstein, where you will also find a Montessori school. You can shop on foot at the courtyard store, and a Netto supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away. For Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, Dens, etc., you only need a 5-minute drive to Idstein. There is a bicycle path to Idstein, and a pharmacy as well as general practitioners can be found in Waldems-Esch.

If you wish, our electrician can install your very own 11 kW wallbox for a small fee. The wallbox can be transferred to the next tenant upon moving out.
