Před domem se nachází venkovní fitness zóna - posilovna.
Byt je vhodný pro jednotlivce a páry, případně pár s malým dítětem, nicméně k rozložení 2+KK není vhodný pro vícečlenné rodiny. V bytě není dovoleno kouřit a ideálně hledám někoho bez domácích mazlíčků.
Aktuálně se v bytě pracuje na kuchyni, která by měla být hotova do poloviny dubna 2025. Dále se bude dělat osvětlení a několik drobností. Bude možné se domluvit na vybavení, ale nemám v plánu byt více zařizovat, aby si nájemník mohl byt uzpůsobit dle svých představ. Aktuální foto vždy doplním do inzerátu.

I’m offering for rent a brand-new apartment in a newly built residential building completed in March 2025. The apartment has a layout of 2 rooms + kitchenette and a total area of 61 m², with an additional 9 m² terrace. It is located on the 3rd floor out of 4. The apartment has never been occupied before – it's completely new and ready for immediate move-in.
The kitchen will be fully equipped with built-in appliances. The bathroom is modern and features a bathtub, while the toilet is in a separate room. A washing machine connection is available in the bathroom. The floors are covered with floating laminate flooring and ceramic tiles. All windows are oriented to the west and north, offering a pleasant view of greenery and low-rise family houses – ensuring complete privacy with no neighbors looking in. In front of the building, there is an outdoor fitness zone.
The apartment is ideal for individuals, couples, or couples with a small child. However, due to the 2+kk layout, it is not suitable for larger families. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and ideally, I’m looking for tenants without pets.
The kitchen is currently being installed and is expected to be completed by mid-April 2025. Lighting and a few minor adjustments will follow. It’s possible to agree on furnishing options, but I don’t plan to furnish the apartment further, so that the tenant can customize it according to their preferences.
