Pokud hledáte prostorný velký byt, kde Vám nebudou sousedi z protější budovy koukat do oken a z ložnice se můžete kochat výhledem na Pražský hrad, tak jste tady správně :)
Bundu si můžete hned po vstupu do bytu pověsit v šatně a nebo využít skříně přímo v chodbě. Z chodby se pak dostanete hned do několika místností, jedné ze dvou obytných místností(ložnice), kuchyně a nebo na WC. Z kuchyně se pak dostanete do koupelny s vanou a do 3. obytné místnosti (ložnice) a z té pak na balkon.
Byt se nachází v 9 patře bytového domu, který má celkem 13 pater. Dům nabízí bezbariérový přístup a super výhled, z jednoho pokoje dokonce na Pražský hrad. Naproti oknům není žádný další bytový dům, tudíž si užijete soukromí bez zvědavých sousedů.
V bytě proběhla rekonstrukce od podlahy až po strop. Podlaha je vinylová, zásuvek se nám snad podařilo všude dát dostatek a kuchyňská linka má spousta úložného prostor, myčku, troubu, indukční desku, digestoř, prostě připraveno n pořádné vaření.
Dům má dva výtahy a disponuje energetickým štítkem B. To znamená, že je zateplený a má spousta dalších vychytávek, aby se na energiích zaplatilo, co nejméně. Parkování je možné před domem, zatím zde nejsou žádné zóny a místa je tu dost. V případě, že chcete aby Vám auto přes den i noc někdo hlídal, je hned u domu placené hlídané parkoviště nebo pak lze využít garáží v obchodním centru.
Jedním z vašich sousedů je les, a hned vedle je supermarket Penny (ale najdete v pěší vzdálenosti i Tesco, Albert a Billu). Pokud máte chuť na zmrzlinu o půlnoci jako já, tak Vás v tom zachrání nonstop otevřená čerpací stanice, kam můžete vyrazit třeba v papučích.
Hned u domu je školka a o pár kroků dále škola, lékařský dům, pošta, švadlenka, divadlo a již zmiňované obchodní centrum Novo Plaza, kde najdete úplně všechno. Parná léta pak můžete trávit plaváním v biotopu Lhotka, kam můžete vyrazit pěšky v plavkách rovnou z bytu. Pokud jste milovníky cyklistiky nebo inline bruslí, tak se dostaneme z bytu až Vraného (jen tedy na inlinech Vás tam čeká jeden kopeček ;)).

If you are looking for a spacious large apartment where your neighbors from the opposite building won't be peeking into your windows and you can enjoy a view of Prague Castle from the bedroom, then you are in the right place :)
You can hang your coat in the closet as soon as you enter the apartment, or use the wardrobe directly in the hallway. From the hallway, you can then access several rooms, one of the two living rooms (bedrooms), the kitchen, or the toilet. From the kitchen, you can then access the bathroom with a bathtub and three living rooms (bedrooms), and from there to the balcony.
The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a 13-story building. The building offers barrier-free access and a great view, even from one room overlooking Prague Castle. There are no other residential buildings opposite the windows, so you can enjoy privacy without curious neighbors.
The apartment has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling. The floor is vinyl, we have managed to install plenty of outlets everywhere, and the kitchen unit has plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, everything ready for proper cooking.
The building has two elevators and an energy label B. This means that it is insulated and has many other features to minimize energy costs. Parking is available in front of the building, there are currently no parking zones and plenty of space. If you want someone to watch your car during the day and night, there is a paid guarded parking lot right next to the building, or you can use the garages in the shopping center.
One of your neighbors is a forest, and right next door is a Penny supermarket (but you can also find Tesco, Albert, and Billa within walking distance). If you feel like having ice cream at midnight like me, a 24/7 gas station will come to your rescue, where you can even go in your slippers.
There is a kindergarten right next to the building and a school a few steps away, as well as a medical center, post office, tailor, theater, and the aforementioned Novo Plaza shopping center, where you can find everything you need, and in the summer you can go swimming in the Lhotka biotope.
