Ložnice s lůžkem 160 cm a 250 cm skříní. Obývací pokoj s kuchyní (šířka linky 300 cm) vybavenou lednicí s mrazákem, sklokeramickou deskou, troubou, odsavačem par a myčkou. Sedačka (180 cm) a jídelní stůl.
Pračka je ukryta v chodbě v jedné ze skříní, kterých je celkem 250 cm. Koupelna se sprchovým koutem, WC je její součástí.
Vytápění a ohřev teplé vody jsou řešeny společnou kotelnou pro celý dům = v bytě se nenachází kotel ani bojler.

3 years ago, a newly "built" apartment in a completely reconstructed building (PSN development project) on the corner of Bořivojova and Čajkovského streets. 3rd floor out of five, elevator. The project included the reconstruction of the entire building and all apartments.
Size-wise, it is a 2kk apartment with an area of 40 m2, very well-designed layout and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 250 cm wardrobe. Living room with kitchen (300 cm line width) equipped with a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher. Sofa (180 cm) and dining table.
The washing machine is hidden in the hallway in one of the closets, of which there are a total of 250 cm. Bathroom with a shower, toilet is part of it.
Heating and hot water are provided by a shared boiler for the whole building = there is no boiler or water heater in the apartment.
Please no hairy animals, I suffer from a strong allergy. Fish are fine 😃👍 Max 2 people (amount of hair irrelevant 😉).
Rent: 21000 CZK
Utilities: approx. 4000 CZK including advances for cold and hot water and heating + electricity transfer (in the last 3 years, tenants paid advances of 1,100 CZK and the settlement was+/- zero).
