You can reliably reach the center of Prague in 15 minutes. In the same amount of time, you can be in nature on foot. A great advantage of the apartment is that nobody looks into the windows. The apartment offers an unobstructed view. The apartment is located on the 8th floor (there are 2 elevators in the building) of a panel building after reconstruction, meaning low heating costs (insulated building, triple-glazed windows, glazed balconies). There is also a lockable cellar available by arrangement.
The layout of the apartment offers pleasant and practically solved living - ideal for a couple or a family with children (see floor plan and photos). There is a school opposite the building, a kindergarten behind the building, and a high school within walking distance. All amenities are available in the vicinity.
The previous tenant lived in the apartment for 15 years. After their move-out, the apartment underwent a renovation. New electrical wiring in copper, new vinyl flooring, a new custom-made kitchen, a new sink, and cabinet in the bathroom were installed.
