We offer a ground floor apartment, 2+kk, 51 square meters, in our family house. The apartment has a separate entrance gate from the street through a stone path to the garden. The apartment has been renovated. There is also a paved area in the garden in front of the entrance to the apartment, which can be used for sitting, hanging laundry, or placing flower pots. The apartment, including the garden, is strictly non-smoking. New curtains and drapes are installed in the windows. The bathroom will be furnished and a rug will be added at the entrance.
The apartment will be available for moving in from mid-March 2025. The rent is 22,000 CZK per month for one person. Electricity and garbage collection are the responsibility of the tenant.
