Commuting to city center ca 20min, Technologický park ca 35mins.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom (25msq, north), living room (25msq, south), kitchen (15msq, south), Harry Potter room (=under the stairs:)), bathroom and a garden (60msq, south) with its small bike shed/toolshop (5msq). On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one is 11msq (south) and the other 25msq (north, with a cozy mezzanine), bathroom, storage room.
