The partially furnished apartment allows you to start living immediately and gradually furnish the remaining room. On hot days, the residents of the house use the garden behind the house.
The apartment is located at a strategic address "Nad Jezerkou". The surroundings of the apartment offer all civic amenities - within walking distance is the Jezerka park, ideal for sports activities or relaxation. On the opposite side is the Arkády Pankrác shopping center with a wide range of shops, restaurants and services.
The apartment itself is located on the second floor of the building. Both rooms have windows to the garden behind the house, they are separated from the street by a green area and therefore the apartment is quiet, sufficiently lit and airy.
