The apartment has a room with a bed, storage spaces, TV, a kitchen with a kitchenette, gas stove, table for two, refrigerator, some dishes, a bathroom with a toilet and washing machine, and a small entrance hallway with a coat rack, shoe storage, and mirror...all in 35 square meters on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The building is quiet, mostly inhabited by older people, so not suitable for parties.
Within a minute's walk, there are grocery stores and bakeries, within two minutes a post office, within 5 minutes about 10 restaurants, Arkády Pankrác shopping mall, and bus/tram/metro stops (as mentioned above, the Pankrác metro station is currently closed). Parking is possible in front of the building (purple and blue zones).
