I offer for rent an apartment at the end of Makedonská street in Střížkov. The apartment has 2+kk, area 56m2 + balcony 5m2, located on the first raised floor, with elevator. The apartment has easy-to-maintain vinyl flooring. A large part of the space is equipped with built-in furniture.
The entrance is a small hallway with a shoe rack and hangers. From the hallway there is an entrance to the closet with a built-in wardrobe. On the right, you enter the hallway into the bathroom with a toilet, which is fully equipped with plenty of storage space, including a washing machine and dryer.
The kitchenette is connected to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob and extractor hood). The dining table is adjacent to the line. In the living room there is a bookcase, a coffee table and a small, custom-made living wall. Couch could be disscused. There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
The apartment has a balcony with custom-made outdoor furniture. It is also possible to pay extra for a garage space, which is not an original part of the apartment. The price is 2200 CZK. The apartment also has a small storage room in the hallway of the house, approximately 4 m2. However, a few things of the apartment owner will probably remain in the storage room.
The advantage is good public transport accessibility, including the metro, which is less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
