We are renting out a sunny apartment with a beautiful western view in Karlín, next to the metro station Invalidovna.
The apartment is located on the 7th and top floor of the building, the elevator goes up to 6th. The apartment has 44 m2 and consists of a bedroom, a spacious bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a balcony with opening glass windows.
The apartment is located in a panel house. Most of the apartment (kitchen, bathroom) was renovated three years ago.
In the vicinity of great amenities: metro, tram and supermarket within 5 minutes from the house, close to the park Kaizlovy sady, Vítkov and a large number of shops and restaurants in Karlín.
The apartment is ideal for a single occupant or for a couple.
We would prefer to rent the apartment with furniture, but we can be flexible. The photos are a bit older, so there are two green armchairs in the apartment instead of a grey couch, but otherwise the furnishings are the same.
