Hello, I offer for rent a very well-maintained brick building with a total area of 80 m2 near the center of Litoměřice. The property is partially furnished and located in a quiet area. The building includes a workshop of 60 m2 and a separate garage of 20 m2.
Previously, the building served as a car workshop and it is possible to continue operating it as such. In the workshop, there used to be a hydraulic two-post lift, which has been removed. The space can be filled with concrete or a new installation can be arranged. Additionally, there is a tunnel covered with wooden planks in the ground in the workshop, which allows for working on a car from underneath.
