Jedná se o klidnou lokalitu s veškerou občanskou vybaveností. Nejbližší zastávka tramvaje "U Libušského potoka" - jede na Karlovo náměstí cca 20min.
Byt je orientován na jihozápad. Dětský pokoj bude vyklizen, pračka a sušička bude nahrazena pouze pračkou. Jinak vše zůstává. Byt je kompletně po rekonstrukci.
Uvedená cena je bez poplatků. Poplatky cca 6tis.
Nájem se platí předem na následující měsíc. Kauce je 2x nájemné. První platba tedy 3x24,5tis+6tis záloha na poplatky.

It is located in a quiet area with all amenities. The nearest tram stop "U Libušského potoka" - it takes about 20 minutes to get to Karlovo náměstí.
The apartment is facing southwest. The children's room will be cleared, the dryer will be replaced with just a washing machine. Otherwise, everything stays the same. The apartment has been completely renovated.
The price mentioned is without utilities. Utilities are around 6 thousand.
Rent is paid in advance for the following month. The deposit is 2x the rent. So the first payment is 3x24.5 thousand + 6 thousand deposit for utilities.
