The apartment is shared with me, Morty. I live here long-term. As I work remotely, I occasionally spend a few months abroad. In these times you have access to the full apartment on your own.

I am myself quite sociable and have friends all around, so I have visitors staying here for a few days or a week or two every now and then. The same is open to you.
