We have a 35m2 apartment for rent at Petrovicka Street, Prague 10, Strašnice district, ideal for single or a couple. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is very cozy. In the first half of 2022, it underwent a general renovation. The apartment is located 7-minute from Strašnicka metro station and 2 minutes from Na Hroud and Staré Strašnice tram/bus stops.
The apartment consists of:
▶ one bedroom with living room 17.5 m2
▶ separate kitchen 10 m2 (equipped with a new Ikea kitchen, including a dishwasher)
▶ hall 3.5 m2
▶ bathrooms 4 m2
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It is fully equipped. The apartment has windows facing east (to the garden; kitchen) and west (to a quiet street; bedroom with living room). The bathroom also has its own window. There are only 6 apartments in the tenement house.

▶ Electricity: according to consumption; deposit for electricity is CZK 2,500 per month; annual electricity consumption in the apartment (including heating) is approximately 5,500 - 6,000 kWh.
