We offer for rent a beautiful and spacious 2+kk apartment (54m2) on the 2nd floor of a residential building with an elevator. It is available for move-in with a contract from 1.2.2025. The rent is 20,000 CZK + services. Service charges are set at 865 CZK per person a month (water, garbage disposal, elevator, cleaning, and electricity for common areas). Gas and electricity will be paid as advances directly to the suppliers based on actual consumption.
The apartment has two separate non-through rooms, a kitchen with appliances in the hallway, and a small storage room. Wooden floors are laid throughout, with tiles in the hallway, bathroom, and toilet. The heating is provided by a gas WAW system, with hot water heated by an electric boiler in the bathroom. The apartment is nicely furnished in a vintage style and includes a fridge, washing machine, and dryer.
The building is located in a pleasant area with greenery, cafes, and excellent public transport access just 5 minutes from the city center. We prefer long-term rentals. A security deposit equal to one month's rent including utilities is required.
