The apartment offers partial amenities (built-in wardrobes in the bedroom, double bed made of solid wood, chest of drawers, wardrobe in the "children's" room) and parking at the building is not a problem. It is a living room with kitchen and appliances, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, bedroom and children's room.
The layout of the apartment is ideal for a family or couple looking for a quiet living. Possibility to use the carriage room. Adjacent to the house is a large private fenced garden with sandpit and swing - suitable for children/pets. The total area of the apartment is 60 m2 and the balcony of 4 m2 offers a pleasant seating area with views of Prague and the greenery. Kobylisy metro station is a 5-minute walk away, tram No. 17 is also a 5-minute walk away.
Elevator and garage are not included in the equipment of this apartment.
