The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator (out of 4 floors in total) and comes with a cellar. The apartment is in excellent condition, minimally used. The building is from 2004.
The entire apartment has laminate flooring (cherry decor), except for the bedroom, which has a carpet (the carpet can be replaced with a new one according to the new tenant's color preference).
The living room has a kitchenette separated by a breakfast bar. The built-in kitchen unit includes an oven and an induction hob. The apartment also has a functional fridge.
There is a large bathroom with a corner bathtub, sink, cabinet, and washing machine. The toilet is separate.
In the hallway, there is a 3-door built-in wardrobe with a mirror.
