I am renting out a well-maintained 3-room apartment from 2007 in a brick building on the 8th floor with an elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and has an area of 82 m². It offers comfortable living for a family or flatmates. There is a 7.7 m² balcony with stunning western views of Hradčany, Vítkov, and Jiřího z Poděbrad. Private parking and a garage are not available. However, the apartment features two toilets, large storage spaces in built-in closets in the hallway, and a utility room. It has its own heating system powered by a heat pump. The entire apartment has wooden flooring. Great access to public transport.
We love it here, but we need to move to a larger place. The photos are up to date. There is a complete project for the interior redesign of the apartment (so far, we have implemented the built-in closets in the hallway), see the last two diagrams.
