Místo je velmi tiché, v tiché lokalitě s naprostým soukromým. Les 5 min chůze od domu, autobus 15min na Smíchovské nádraží je 3 min od domu. Tramvaje do centra jsou 8 min od nemovitosti. V blízkosti cyklostezka podél Vltavy. Všechny velké supermarkety jsou také nedaleko.
Domek je plně vybaven (viz fota) a přes zimu se vytápí dobře.
Vhodný pro pár, případně pár s miminkem, či jedním až max dvěma dětmi, které by byly schopné vylézt žebříkové schody do horní místnosti.
Nutnost přepsat elektřinu a vodu. Internet je přes kabel či WIFI.
Nutnost platby vratného depositu v ceně dvoměsíčního nájmu bez poplatků.

I offer a 3+1 cottage/house for rent for 5 months, 77m2 with a large garden and parking space for one car in the garden + one in front of the house. The place is very quiet, in a peaceful location with complete privacy. The forest is a 5-minute walk from the house, the bus to Smíchov train station is 3 minutes away and takes 15 min. Trams to the city center are 8 minutes from the property. Nearby is a cycling path along the Vltava river. All major supermarkets are also nearby.
The cottage is fully equipped (see photos) and is well heated during the winter.
Suitable for a couple, possibly a couple with a baby, or one to a maximum of two children who would be able to climb the ladder stairs to the upper room.
It is necessary to transfer the electricity and water bills. Internet is available via cable or WIFI.
A refundable deposit payment is required, equivalent to two months' rent without fees.
