I am renting out a pass-through room in a 2+1 apartment with a total area of 60 m2 in a brick building on the 1st floor with a total of 4 floors. The property is located in a great location and offers good amenities and excellent accessibility for comfortable and quiet living.
Right across the street is Divoká Šárka - a nature reserve, beautiful nature. Nearby are the Airport, FTVS, a 2-minute walk to the tram stop Vlastina. 3 minutes to the bus stop Divoká Šárka. 5 minutes by public transport to the Nádraží Veleslavín metro station.
The room has parquet floors, a window facing south, sunny, quiet, with a view of trees and greenery. It is equipped with a designer sofa bed, bookshelf, table with chairs, a pallet bed 180x200cm with mattresses - can be rearranged into a bed for one person. (The equipment in the photo is not current). The room has access to my room (working and studying woman-owner) as shown in the photo of the room and door.
