Prostorný a slunný byt 3+kk na Smíchově, Praha 5. Byt je světlý a prostorný a nabízí fantastický výhled na Prahu. Je centrálně umístěný v okrese Anděl, což je skvělá oblast pro nákupy a noční život. Byt se nachází pouhých pět minut chůze od města Naplavka, kde v letních měsících místní obyvatelé rádi vychutnávají pivo na jedné z lod na řece Vltavě. Anděl je také dobře spojený, a to jak tramvají, tak i metrem, které vás dopraví do všech ostatních částí města.
V bytě jsou dvě velké dvoulůžkové ložnice a krásná koupelna se sprchovým koutem a samostatnou vanou. Nachází se v pátém patře a nabízí nádherný výhled na sever k Petřínskému parku a zámku a také k východu k řece, do Vyšehradu a dále. Byt je plně vybaven a poskytuje pohodlné a velmi příjemné místo k pobytu.
A spacious and sunny apartment. The apartment is light and spacious and offers fantastic views across Prague. It is centrally located in the district of Andel which is a great area for cafes, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The flat is only a couple of minutes walk from Naplavka where locals like to enjoy a beer by the river. Andel is also very well connected, with both direct tram and metro services less than a minute from the apartment, that can take you to all other parts of the city.
Inside the apartment there are two large double bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a separate bath. For me the best thing about the apartment is the living room and kitchen area. The flat is situated on the fifth floor and has great views north towards Petrin Park and the castle and also to the east towards the river, Vysehrad and beyond. We have recently added a hammock from which you can enjoy the fantastic view. The apartment is fully equipped and provides a comfortable and very distinct place to stay.
