I offer for rent a cozy and modern 2+kk apartment (45m²) in Prague-Holešovice on the 5th floor of a brick building after recent reconstruction with an elevator. It includes a cellar. The apartment is in excellent condition, fully furnished, and ready to move in from 21.10.2024.
It is ideal for individuals or a couple looking for beautiful and quiet living in the city center, just a few steps from the Tusarova tram stop, or within walking distance of the Vltavská metro station, as well as the HolKa footbridge. The inner courtyard of the building is among the most beautiful in Prague and was featured in the Czech TV show "Tajemství pražských dvorků" (2014): https://www.ceskatelevize.cz/porady59-tajemstvi-prazskych-dvorku230028/.
The apartment features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, electric oven, gas stove), a furnished bedroom (160cm bed, spacious built-in wardrobe with a custom-made corner desk), an entrance hall, separate toilet, and a bathroom with a new shower, sink, and washing machine. The bedroom has an air conditioning unit that cools/heats depending on the season, and the living room has regularly serviced gas stoves by Mora. All windows were replaced with new plastic ones a few years ago. The original wooden floors have been beautifully restored, and there is laminate flooring in the entrance hall.
The monthly rent is 19,500,- + the transfer of electricity and gas to the tenant (currently around 3,000,- in advances). A refundable deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
