Hledám nájemce kočkomila, který hledá bydlení na posledních 6 týdnů v letošním roce. K dispozici je plně vybavené 2kk na 42m, obývací pokoj s gaučem, tv a pracovním stolem s kanc. židlí, ložnice s manželskou postelí, koupelna s vanou + zástěnou a wc.
U domu jsou 4 nabíjecí stanice ČEZ pro elektroauta, je to slepá ulice, není problém jakýkoliv den zaparkovat. Hned za rohem Čimický háj a bazén Šutka.
Tolik k bydlení, nicméně hlavním obsahem bytu jsou dvě kočičky, které potřebují mazlit, ducat někomu o čelo, dostat najíst a napít a vyčistit záchod. Jsou to bobíci, neškrábou, nekoušou a hledají dočasně hodnou tetu nebo strejdu, kterým by pustili pár chlupů na oblečení.
Samozřejmě preferuji osobní návštěvu. Cena dohodou.

I am looking for a tenant who loves cats and is looking for accommodation for the last 6 weeks of this year. Available is a fully furnished 2kk apartment with 42m, living room with a sofa, TV and a desk with a chair, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a bathtub + curtain and a toilet.
There are 4 ČEZ charging stations for electric cars by the house, it is a dead-end street, so parking is not a problem any day. Just around the corner is Čimický háj and Šutka swimming pool.
That's about the living space, however, the main guardians of the apartment are two cats that need cuddles, someone to rub against, to be fed and watered, and to clean their litter box. They are friendly, don't scratch or bite, and are looking for a temporary nice aunt or uncle.
Of course, I prefer a personal visit. Price negotiable.
