We rent a 3+kk apartment with a living area of 100 m2. The apartment is located on the second floor of a four-story new building in the Šafránka residence in Stodůlky, within walking distance from the Luka metro station. The apartment is unfurnished, with only two large built-in closets - one in the bedroom and the other in the hallway. The apartment includes a parking space in the garage and a spacious cellar. There are two balconies in the apartment, a large one leading from the living room and a smaller one from the bedroom. The kitchen is connected to the living room, and there are two separate rooms that are not interconnected. There is a small bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a hood, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a built-in fridge with a freezer.
The apartment needs painting and some minor maintenance work. We are looking for someone who would take care of this. All expenses will either be covered by us or deducted from the rent upon agreement.
