The owner of the house is renting a 2+kk apartment totaling 56m2 on the 1st floor in Slovenská Street with windows facing south towards a park with a children's playground and a balcony (4.5m2) and a window facing north towards the beautiful garden of the house. Access to and use of the garden for personal relaxation (possibility of grilling and sitting in the gazebo). Nearby there is full social amenities, public transport including the possibility to park directly in front of the house or in the nearby area thanks to obtaining a residential parking card for Prague 2 and relatively more parking spaces available for residents in this street compared to other streets in Vinohrady.
The apartment has central programmable gas heating, with a condensing boiler that also provides hot water for the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom with a bathtub was completely renovated less than two years ago and has an extractor fan outside the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with an electric oven, a hood, and a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the hallway next to a separate toilet.
