The entrance to the building is barrier-free, equipped with a camera system and chip entry. There is a 2 m2 cellar available.
Nearby, there is all civic amenities and good public transport connections /bus stop Vyhlídalova is located at the building, tram stop Běloruská/Švermova is about 5 minutes walk away/. The connection to Campus takes 11 minutes by bus, to the city center 20 minutes. Parking is possible in front of the building in a public parking lot.
