Jsme dvě kamarádky a hledáme k sobě do bytu spolubydlící.
Jedná se o JEDEN SAMOSTATNÝ POKOJ v bytu 3+1 (byt 70 m2, 1.patro, necelých 5 minut od metra Budějovická - sídliště Zelená liška).
Byt je po rekonstrukci, v klidné lokalitě s výhledem do zeleně (JV orientace).
K pronájmu je neprůchozí, zamykatelný pokoj cca 12 m2, společná kuchyň a soc. zařízení. V pokoji může (a nemusí) zůstat postel, stůl, poličky, malá barevná komoda a stojan na oblečení. Cena nájmu je navýšena o 200 Kč, pokud všechen nábytek zůstane. Vše k domluvě.
Společné prostory jsou kompletně vybaveny (vč. pračky, myčky, trouby, mikrovlnky a veškeré nádobí a pomůcky na vaření i pečení). Součástí pronájmu je i sklep, kde je možné uložit např. lyže, kolo apod.
Hledáme ŽENU, nekuračku, bez zvířat. Máme v bytě hezkou a nekonfliktní atmosféru, na všem se dá dohodnout :-).
Nájem 8000 Kč + poplatky 1150 Kč měsíčně (obsahuje i wifi). Vratná kauce 16000 Kč. Dále se platí pojištění 449 Kč/rok a zálohy na elektřinu (3200/3 měsíce).
K pronájmu od 1.7.2025

We are two friends looking for a flatmate to share our apartment.
It is a 3+1 apartment, 70 m2, on the 1st floor, less than 5 minutes from Budějovická metro station (Zelená liška housing estate). The apartment has been renovated, located in a quiet area with a view of greenery (southeast orientation).
Available for rent is a non-passing, lockable room of approximately 12 m2, shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. The room can (or not) include a bed, table, shelves, small colorful dresser, and a clothing rack. The rent is increased by 200 CZK per month if all furniture remains. Everything is negotiable.
Common areas are fully equipped (including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all cooking and baking utensils).
We are looking for a female, non-smoker, without pets, who respects quiet hours from 9 pm to 6 am :-).
Rent is 8000 CZK + utilities 1150 CZK per month (including wifi). Refundable deposit 16000 CZK. Additionally, there is an insurance fee of 449 CZK/year and electricity deposits.
Available for rent immediately, the room is vacant (latest from September).
