I am preparing a 3 + 1 apartment for rent in a brick house on the 1st floor with an elevator. The apartment is currently undergoing renovation (complete repainting, new kitchen unit, new bathroom and toilet, lighting, etc.). The apartment will be fully equipped with a kitchen unit (stove with glass ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, washing machine). The apartment offers a surface area of 75 m2, with a large balcony of 9m2 and two cellars with a total area of 12 m2. The renovation will be completed within a maximum of two weeks, so it will be available no later than mid-August. Please take the photos with caution, the apartment is not cleaned and work is still being done in it. I am currently assessing preliminary interest in the property.
The apartment is located in a very quiet house, not far (about a 5-minute walk from) from Přemysl Otakar II Square. All amenities are within walking distance of the apartment.
The first viewings will take place at the beginning of August. Current photos will be gradually added.
