Lze samozřejmě ubytovat i jednotlivce, pokud zvládne utáhnout nájem, ale striktně zakazujeme pronajímat část bytu bez našeho vědomí. Protože se v blízkém okolí nachází školy i univerzita, je byt vhodný i pro studenty.
Jazyková bariéra též není problém, komunikace může probíhat v češtině, angličtině, ruštině i ukrajinštině.
V bytě je zakázáno kouřit, preferujeme tedy nekuřáky. Děti jsou vítány s otevřenou náručí, domácí mazlíčky musíme nejdřív osobně poznat a dle toho určit, zda jsou vítáni, nebo ne.
Vratná kauce činí dva nájmy, tedy 43000 Kč.

We offer a modern and cozy 2+kk apartment in a brick building in the center of Prague. The apartment is fully equipped, perfectly soundproofed and airy. It is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, and has barrier-free access. The surrounding area offers all civic amenities, with trams and metro line C just a few meters from the apartment, as well as a polyclinic, RHB, shops, and restaurants. The neighbors in the building are very nice, kind and quiet, so we require decent tenants who will appreciate the peace and comfort.
The total area of the apartment is 43 m2, providing enough space for comfortable living for a small family or a couple. Of course, individuals can also be accommodated if they can afford the rent, but we strictly prohibit renting out part of the apartment without our knowledge. Since there are schools and a university nearby, the apartment is also suitable for students. Language barrier is not a problem, communication can be in Czech, English, Russian, or Ukrainian.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, so we prefer non-smokers. Children are welcome with open arms. Fo the pets, we must first personally meet them and determine whether they are welcome or not.
The refundable security deposit amounts is two rents, i.e. 43,000 CZK.
