Great accessibility to the city center, including night connections. The floor area of the apartment is 28m2 + 6m2 terrace. The apartment is equipped as seen in the pictures, the only thing missing for immediate living is a bed, which the tenant will provide. The rent is 14000 CZK/month, low monthly expenses (2100 CZK for services, excess is returned to the tenant, 300 CZK for internet, electricity is transferred to the tenant). Refundable deposit in the amount of 1.5 monthly rent.
