Byt je umístěn v prvním patře a má velký obývací pokoj s dvojlůžkovou rozkládací pohovkou, kuchyni s velkým patrem na spaní, dále chodbu, koupelnu a toaletu. Dům byl postaven v roce 1920, má 12 bytů, je bez výtahu. Přibližně před 10 lety byly nainstalovány moderní dvojokna: při zavřených oknech je byt velmi tichý: pří otevřených je pořád tichá kuchyně, zatímco v obývacím pokoji je slyšet blízký silniční tunel.
Do roku 2020 byt obýval starší pán. Byt poté prošel celkovou rekonstrukcí (nové plynové topení, koupelna, WC, nová vestavěná kuchyňská linka, vymalované stěny i dveře). Přitom byl částečně zachován i původní styl: typický československý nábytek z dvacátých letech 20. století, jakož i některé starožitnosti.
Klavír, vyrobený v roce 2000, je v bezchybném stavu, kromě toho je tady kontrabas. Leží pod klavírem a kompetentní ruce je také k dispozici. Byt je k pronájmu zejména hudebníkovi nebo hudebnici. Je potřeba dodržovat obvyklý domovní řád.
Přibližně 200 metrů od bytu vede známá výpadová silnice "Bělohradská" s četnými hospodami, restauracemi a obchody (specializované obchody s rybami a vínem, vynikající pekařství, atd.)
Na zastávce ,"Bělohorská" můžete nastoupit do oblíbené tramvaje 22 a cestou obdivovat nejdůležitější pražské památky.
Blízký hotel "Pyramida" nabízí i neubytovaným hostům krytý bazén a saunu, a jenom 6 minut pěší chůze je vzdálené velké koupaliště s toboganem.

The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa double bed, a kitchen with a loft double bed, a hallway, a bathroom, and a WC. It is ideal for a family with two children, or two couples, for a stay of a few weeks, or one or two adults for a longer period of time.
The house dates from the 1920s and contains 12 apartments. The apartment is on the 1st floor and no lift is serving it. Modern windows have been installed around ten years ago, the apartment is very quiet when the windows are closed, while with open windows the kitchen would still be quiet but in the living room a nearby street tunnel would be audible.
The apartment was occupied by an elderly gentleman until 2020. It has undergone thorough renovation works (new gas heating, bathroom, WC, equipped kitchen, painting of walls and doors) while preserving some of its original features (typical Czechoslovakian furniture dating from the 1920 plus some antiques).
The grand piano dates from 2000 and is in impeccable condition. The apartment is rented preferably to a musician. There is also a double bass in the apartment stored beneath the piano and which the tenant may play if (s)he happens to know how to play it. The usual house rules concerning noise must be respected.
The important arterial road "Bělohorská" runs around 200m from the apartment and features many businesses like bars and restaurants, a fishmonger, dry cleaning, a very good bakery, wine shops etc.
On "Bělohorská" you can board tram line 22 famous for connecting many of the most important tourist sites of Prague. It takes 16 minutes to the National Theatre in the very centre of Prague.
The nearby hotel "Pyramida" has an indoor swimming pool and sauna open to external visitors. Also, there is a big public open air swimming pool with a waterslide at 6 minutes walking distance.
For stays of 60 days or shorter, the Prague local tourist fee of 50KC per day per person will be added to your rent and must be paid directly to the landlord. All other charges are included in the rental price.
