The flat (75sqm) is furnished and also has all kitchen equipment, appliances, utensils, glassware, plates etc.- see photos. There is a garden at the back for the house that you can use as agreed; there is parking in front of the house (Prague 6 permit needed). There are two other tenant flats and the landlord lives in on the ground floor.
