The house is located in a residential area in Prague 5 with family houses and without any high-rise buildings.
The comfortable small apartment approx 30 sq m is located on the 3rd floor.
The apartment has a small hallway, 2 separate bathrooms and 2 separate rooms - one room - with the south view of Prague’s Race horse stadium - has 2 beds with Bamboo mattresses (or only one according to your wish), a wardrobe and a desk and the other one has a 180 cm long equipped kitchen (currently being installed a new one), a desk with chairs and a wardrobe. The equipment of the rooms can be changed according to your wishes. There is also a separate shoe cabinet just for you.
The apartment is lockable.
The house is a historical house from 1938 where the famous Czech musician and composer used to live. In the house, there is a common area / relaxing room with a waterfall on the wall and an original wooden staircase.
The house has a ground floor and three floors (no lift in the house). On the ground floor you can use a washing machine and dryer and you can also use the equipped kitchen.
In both bathrooms there are Villeroy & Boch tiles, Villeroy & Boch washbowl and toilet and Hansa taps and shower. In every room in the house there are wooden floors.

The train station takes you directly to Prague’s city center without any traffic and is approx. 350 m from the house (time schedule every few minutes in peak hours). LIDL, KFC, Food market, Hornbach and Post office are close by.
Prague’s Airport is easily reachable by car (20 km).
Other supermarkets and other fast foods are just a few min by bus or train (Radotin, Smichov). Markets Tesco, IKEA, Jysk and many others plus cinemas are 14 km from the house direction airport and 7 km from the house direction center (Prague 5 - Andel).
Medical center is 4 km away in Radotin (reachable by bus) and the nearest hospital is 12 km away (biggest Prague’s hospital Motol with 24/7 emergency).
There are also tennis courts close by (Radotin) and walking, running and biking trails behind the house – along river Vltava. In the area Barrandov there is a swimming pool / aqua center.
