The apartment is located on the last fifth floor of a barrier-free building, so you will not be disturbed by the neighbors above you. The apartment has a balcony, a cellar and a parking space (included in the rent). The second one can be rented for 1.000 CZK / month. Move-in is possible from January 1, 2023.
