Velký byt v klidné oblasti na kraji Kunratického lesa (ideální pro sport, vycházky, děti). Vysoká občanská vybavenost (školka, škola, doktoři). Metro a obchodní centrum Chodov je vzdálené pouze několik bloků.
Samotný byt je částečně vybavený (skříně, kuchyně). V dobrém stavu, ale není moderně zrekonstruovaný. Součástí bytu je sklepní kóje a nově postavená lodžie. Parkování buď v okolí bytu nebo na nedalekém parkovišti.

Large apartment located next to the large forest (ideal for sport, walking, children). Good availability of public services (kindegarden, school, doctors). Chodov metro and supermarket is just few blocks away (you can buy basically anything).
The apartment itself is partially equipped with furniture (wardrobes, kitchen). In good condition but in old design. Underground storage unit and newly built loggia is also included. So far, I had no problems with finding a parking spot.
Other tenants in the building are well behaved and they know each other for years. This being the case, I include warning that I would be forced to cancel the tenant agreement with more "wild" individuals.
