From March 10th, 2024 we will rent an apartment 1+kk in Ostrava - Fifejdy. The apartment is located on the top floor serviced by a lift and from the window and loggia there is a beautiful view of the southwest. The core of the apartment is brick, the toilet is separate. The apartment has a separate storage cubicle, located in a lockable space on the same floor in front of the entrance to the apartment.
FACILITIES
The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, fridge with freezer and induction cooker. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, washing machine, in the living area a bed and a table.
RENT AND SERVICES
The price of 9.000,- CZK per month includes rent and billable advance payments for electricity, water and heat in the amount of 2.073,- CZK. Internet is paid by the tenant separately. We require a security deposit of two monthly rents, we prefer non-smokers without pets.
Viewing is possible by prior arrangement, usually in the evening, we commute from an hour away and the current tenant is medically indisposed and cannot assist with viewings. Thank you for your understanding.
