The flat has 2 bedrooms and a large living area with the kitchen. It is located on the first floor, is not furnished (apart from a washing machine and a couple of cupboards) and is 80m2
The rent includes Internet connection. Electricity and gaz will be registered to the tenant. Monthly rent is 32,000Kc due on the 1st day of the month and there is a 15,000kc deposit.
Advance payment for building services (hallway electricity, hallway cleaning, garbage disposal) and water: 600Kc per month per person
Perfect location: 100m from the metro station Hradcanska and still in a very quiet area.
