The Rent is CZK 8,500 per month plus CZK 1,500 per month for energy costs (gas & electricity). In addition, there is a monthly fee of CZK 1,000 to cover the cost of all other services (water, garbage etc.). A returnable security deposit equal to 1 month rent plus fees is required.
